What we do not collect

We do not collect, infer or record menstrual health data, or any health information about any individual. Our service measures waste at the level of a site or collection point — never an individual. We do not use cameras or biometric sensors in our bins or collection equipment. We do not sell or rent personal data.

What we collect

• What you give us: name, work email, phone number, organisation, job title, and the content of your enquiry.
• Recruitment data: your CV and application details, if you apply for a role.
• Automatic data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring URL, collected through cookies.

We do not take payments on this website. Client billing is by invoice.

Why we use it

• To respond to enquiries and prepare proposals
• To deliver and support our services and the PadCare One platform
• To produce compliance and ESG reporting for client organisations — at site and consignment level, never individual level
• To send newsletters and event invitations, where you have consented
• To assess job applications
• To meet legal, tax and environmental compliance obligations

We will not use your data for a materially different purpose without telling you.

Who we share it with

Service providers who host, secure and support our systems, under written contract. Professional advisers under a duty of confidentiality. Regulators and authorities where the law requires it. A counterparty in a merger, acquisition or financing, under confidentiality.

We do not share personal data with advertisers or data brokers.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for site security and function, and analytics cookies to understand traffic. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies through the banner shown on your first visit, change your choice through the footer link, or manage cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed for the purpose, or as required by law:

• Enquiries with no resulting relationship — 24 months
• Client and prospect records — the relationship plus 3 years
• Financial and statutory records — 8 years
• Unsuccessful job applications — 12 months

Your rights

You may ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw your consent at any time, and nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.

Children

Our website and services are directed at organisations. Where we work with schools, we contract with the institution and do not collect student data. We do not knowingly collect the personal data of anyone under 18 without verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian, and we do not track, profile or advertise to children.

Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit, and vendor due diligence. No system is completely secure. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected individuals as required under the DPDP Act.
