These terms cover use of the website only. They do not cover the supply of our collection, recycling, reporting or platform services.

Where PadCare and a client have signed a service agreement, purchase order or work order, that agreement governs the services in full and prevails over these terms in the event of any inconsistency.

Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. Pricing, scope, service levels and liability are set only in a signed agreement.

2. Using the website

You may use the website to learn about PadCare, contact us, apply for a role and access materials we publish.

You must not use it unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, scrape or systematically extract content or contact data, impersonate any person, or use our name or marks to imply an endorsement or partnership that does not exist.

We may restrict access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, video, logos, designs, software, data and documentation — is owned by or licensed to PadCare. “PadCare”, “PadCareX”, “PadCare One” and our device marks and patent rights are our intellectual property. Reference to a patent grants no licence.

You may view, download and print content for your own internal reference. You may not republish, adapt or commercially use it without our written consent.

Journalists may quote with attribution to PadCare Labs. Use of our logo or product imagery requires written consent from info@padcarelabs.com.

4. Impact and regulatory information

We publish environmental and performance figures, including material recovered, avoided emissions, landfill diversion and client numbers.

These figures are calculated from a stated methodology, not measured at your site, and are indicative for the period stated. Actual outcomes vary with waste composition, contamination, collection frequency and processing route. They are not a warranty; any impact commitment to a client is made only in a signed agreement. Statements about EPR, Solid Waste Management Rules and related obligations reflect our understanding at the date of publication. They are general information, not legal or compliance advice.
